The item I ordered was incorrect. When I shared this in my review I received a prompt response from the company AND a phone call. The customer service was amazing, friendly, and the item is beautiful, well crafted, and my new fave pair of earrings to wear! I am pleased beyond measure! Cute but not what I had ordered

I had selected the balls that were silver and the cone gold but got the opposite.
